The Inter-American Agency for Cooperation and Development (IACD) is a subsidiary body of the Inter-American Council for Integral Development (CIDI), established under the Charter of the OAS.
Its main function is to promote, coordinate, administer, and facilitate the planning and execution of programs, projects, and activities, in the framework of the Organization's Strategic Plan.
The IACD Management Board is composed of nine member states of the OAS elected by CIDI, including one Chair and one Vice Chair according to the Rules of Procedure of the Management Board of the IACD.

Vice Chair: Omari Seitu Williams, Minister Counselor, Alternate Representative, of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (Reelected on February 15, 2024) The Vice Chair will remain in this position until the 2025 General Assembly is held, in accordance with decision AICD/JD/DE-124, taken by the Management Board on July 9, 2024)

Technical Secretariat: The General director of the IACD is the Executive Secretary for Integral Development, who provides technical and administrative support to the IACD and its Management Board through its Executive Secretariat for Integral Development (SEDI).
