Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Ms Charlene Solozano is the Planning and Financial Officer of the Energy and Climate Change Mitigation Section of the Department of Sustainable Development. She has been with the Department since 1996 and has worked on many projects including the Caribbean Disaster Mitigation Project (CDMP), Post Georges Disaster Mitigation (PGDM), Renewable Energy Initiative of the Americas (REIA), Geo-Caraibes, and the Energy and Climate Partnership of the Americas (ECPA).
She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Howard University in Washington, DC. She is from the fabulous island of St. Lucia and is married to Darren Solozano and has two beautiful children Tristen and Sandyn.
