The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) decides to lift these precautionary measures in favor of Luz Angela Niño Chacón. At the time of reaching this decision, the Commission observes that the beneficiary’s representation has not provided information since the measures were granted in 2018, and the State has repeatedly requested the lifting of this matter. The Commission assessed the actions taken by the State to implement these measures with a view to providing Ms. Niño with due medical care.
