The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) decides to lift these precautionary measures in favor of X and Y in Jamaica. At the time of making the decision, the Commission analyzed the information provided by the State during the time the precautionary measures were in force, as well as the observations of the beneficiaries’ representation. Following the requests to lift the measures made by the State and given the lack of information provided by the representation, who submitted information for the last time in 2014, the IACHR decided to lift these measures.
