Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Steven Griner, Director
Steven Griner served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala from 1987 to 1989 and subsequently worked at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) in Washington, D.C. He joined the OAS Unit for the Promotion of Democracy in 1993 and managed the Special Program of Support to Guatemala and the OAS Inter-American Forum on Political Parties. From 2006 to 2011, he served as Chief of the Electoral Observation Section of the OAS Department for Electoral Cooperation and Observation. He served as the Coordinator of the OAS Civil Identity Program of the Americas and E-Government of the Department of Effective Public Management hasta 2015. Mr. Griner was appointed interim director of the Department for Sustainable Democracy and Special Missions in November, 2015.
Mr. Griner received a Masters of Arts from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelors of Business Administration and Modern Languages from Texas A&M University.
