1. Is there a limit to the number of entries that I can submit?

You may enter up to two images.

2. Can I send a picture that has already been published?

NO. All pictures should be original.

3. What format should I save my digital images?

You should submit JPEG Images saved with max quality compression with a long dimension of 1,000 pixels at 72 to 300 dpi with sRGB. Please do not submit Images larger than 2 Megabytes. All contestants must have high-resolution versions of the Images submitted.

4. Will there be a prize winner in each category?

We will award a first, second and third prize for each category. For each category, the judges will select 3 Images that will be awarded special acknowledgment

5. Can I enter if I live outside of the USA?

The Contest is void where prohibited by law, both within and outside of the USA.  Except where prohibited by law, international entries are accepted.

6. Will my images be sold?

No. By submitting the images, contestants represent that they are the sole owners of the images and hold the intellectual property rights to them, and grant to GS/OAS unlimited, non-exclusive license to GS/OAS to use the images on its Web sites and advertising materials, as well as to display them at the AMA.

7. Can I mail-in my submission?

Sorry, we do not accept mail-in submissions. Please register on this website and upload you entries online
