Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Enhancing public participation and effective
enforcement of environmental laws
The DSD has supported the improvement
of mechanisms related to the effective enforcement of domestic
environmental laws. This has been achieved through the identification of
institutional and capacity-building needs at the country and regionallevels in
the Andean Region, the Caribbean countries and Central America.
The DSD has executed several
key activities in this area, including:

proposed Trade Agreements that contain environmental provisions, citizen
submissions and similar processes;
