Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Support for the Peace Process and the Termination of the Armed Conflict in Colombia

THE PERMANENT COUNCIL OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES,
HIGHLIGHTING resolution AG/RES. 2880 (XLVI-O/16) of the General Assembly, which declared the negotiation process between the Government of Colombia and the FARC-EP to be of crucial importance for the Americas as a contribution to the permanent establishment of the Americas as a zone of peace,
CONSIDERING declaration CP/DEC. 65 (2087/16) of the Permanent Council, approved on August 31, 2016, by which it “supports a stable and lasting peace that will be fundamental for Colombia and the whole Hemisphere,”
AKNOWLEDGING that the new “Final Agreement for the Termination of the Conflict and the Construction of a Stable and Lasting Peace” was reached following an inclusive dialogue with all sectors of Colombian society, who expressed themselves democratically through the plebiscite held on October 2, 2016,
DECLARES:
1. That it welcomes with satisfaction that on November 12, 2016 the Government of Colombia and the FARC-EP reached a new “Final Agreement for the Termination of the Conflict and the Construction of a Stable and Lasting Peace.”
2. That it acknowledges the active participation of various sectors of Colombian society in achieving this new Agreement and encourages all parties to work jointly in its immediate implementation to ensure the peace that Colombia and the Hemisphere long for.
3. That it values the tireless efforts and firm commitment of President Juan Manuel Santos to put an end to the armed conflict in Colombia.
