Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS SECRETARY GENERAL MET WITH THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN RELATIONS OF HONDURAS, PATRICIA RODAS

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met Wednesday with the Minister of Foreign Relations of the constitutional government of Honduras, Patricia Rodas, who was accompanied by the Honduran Ambassador to the US, Eduardo Enrique Reyna.
The meeting dealt with issues regarding the current situation in Honduras. Minister Rodas submitted to the Secretary General a document signed on the instructions of President José Manuel Zelaya Rosales where he explains his current position and requests certain measures.
Secretary General Insulza said to Minister Rodas that he would communicate the initiative to the Permanent Council.
