Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS SECRETARY GENERAL EXPRESSES CONDOLENCES TO RUSSIA

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), César Gaviria, today condemned the recent terrorist siege of a school in Russia and expressed condolences to the victims and their families.
“The countries of the Americas stand with the Russian people in rejecting this brutal and cowardly act of terrorism,” Gaviria said. “The terrorists chose the most innocent of civilian targets, and as a result many children are among the victims. We express our solidarity with the Russian government and people in this difficult time.”
