Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Chief of OAS Electoral Observation Mission to Colombia Tests Positive for COVID-19

The Chief of the Electoral Observation Mission (EOM) of the Organization of American States (OAS) and former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Paraguay Eladio Loizaga, tested positive today for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).
The Chief of Mission has mild symptoms and his close team underwent tests that came back negative and no symptoms. The EOM/OAS has shared this information with all persons with whom the former foreign minister has had contact during his stay in Bogotá.
The 86 experts and observers of the Mission will continue their work and will observe the electoral day in the country's 25 departments plus Bogotá and two cities abroad. The chief of Mission will continue to carry out his functions from his place of isolation.
