Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS Leaders Express Appreciation for Efforts of MINUSTAH Head in Haiti

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, together with the Chair of the Group of Friends of Haiti and the Haiti Task Force, Assistant Secretary General Albert Ramdin, express their sincere appreciation to the Special Representative of the United Nations to Haiti, Head of MINUSTAH Ambassador Mariano Fernández, for his tireless efforts to support the government and people of Haiti.
Through his leadership, Ambassador Fernández has reflected international commitment to the stability, growth and full recovery of Haiti. The OAS reiterates its support for MINUSTAH’s transition plan and the strengthening of Haitian authorities to continue to uphold sound democratic principles in the interest of the people of Haiti.
The OAS looks forward to the holding of timely legislative and local elections in Haiti, and to the continuation of dialogue and cooperation among all parties involved, so that the country’s democratic processes can be strengthened.
