Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Permanent Council to Discuss “Public-Private Partnerships in a Changing Global Economy”

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, November 20 at 15:00 EST (20:00 GMT) in the Simón Bolivar Hall at the headquarters of the Organization in Washington, DC., to discuss “The Americas in a Changing Global Economic Scenario: The Value of Public-Private Partnerships.”
The meeting will feature opening remarks from the Assistant Secretary General of the OAS, Albert Ramdin, and the Chair of the Permanent Council and Permanent Representative of Perú to the Organization, Walter Albán.
During the meeting, the Council will hear presentations on the topic from Michael Lee Chin, Chairman of Portland Holdings (Canada/Jamaica); Samuel Urrutia, President of SEMUSA (Panama) and President of CEAL International; Stanley Motta, Chairman of Copa Holdings and President of Motta International (Panama); Carlos Bulgheroni, President of Bridas Corporation (Argentina); Carlos Añaños, Board Member and President for Asia of AJE (Peru); Roberto Zamora, CEO of Lafise, and President of Fundación Zamora Tehran; Ingo Plöger, President of CEAL Brazil and President of IP Desenvolvimento Empresarial e Institucional Ltda. (Brazil); Ross Anderson, Vice President of Scotia Bank (Canada); Jody Bond, Vice President for the Americas of the US Chamber of Commerce; Diego de la Torre, Chairman of La Viga, (Peru) and Chairman of the Global Compact of the United Nations, Peru.
The conclusions of the meeting will be presented by Ambassador Albán at the close of the session.
