Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Joint Session of the OAS Permanent Council and the Inter-American Council for Integral Development and Regular Meeting of the Permanent Council, Tuesday, September 18

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Inter-American Council for Integral Development (CIDI) will hold a joint meeting on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 09:30 EDT (13:30 GMT) to introduce the Sixth Americas Competitiveness Forum and the activities of the Inter-American Competitiveness Network (RIAC) to be held between October 24 and 26 in the city of Cali, Colombia. The Deputy Minister of Business Development of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Colombia, Carlos De Hart, will deliver a presentation on the progress made in preparations for the event.
The Americas Competitiveness Forum is a unique event in the Western Hemisphere in which each year thousands of representatives of the countries of the region participate in a continental dialogue on competitiveness. The Forum is primarily intended to facilitate the development of business and the exchange of ideas and knowledge so that the countries of the Americas become more innovative, productive and competitive and thus improve the living standards of their people. The central theme of this year’s Forum is “Innovation for Prosperity.”
Later, at 11:00 EDT (15:00 GMT) the regular meeting of the Permanent Council will be held.
