OAS Hosts Roundtable on Responsible Corporate Debt Issuance

The Organization of American States (OAS) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) will organize on September 5 the 43rd OAS Policy Roundtable entitled “Dialogue on Socially Responsible Corporate Governance and Debt Issuance."

The event will be attended by the Secretary General of the OAS, José Miguel Insulza; the Executive Secretary of ECLAC, Alicia Barcena; the Executive Chairman of CAF -Development Bank of Latin America, Enrique García; and the President of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Luis Alberto Moreno.

The Dialogue, to be held at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC, seeks to promote discussion among specialists and leaders of international organizations on corporate governance and corporate debt issues within a framework of social responsibility.

The Roundtable will be broadcast live on the OAS Website.
