Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Attention Photographers and Cameramen: Photo/Video Opportunity during Plenary Meetings

Photographers and cameramen will have access to the First and Third plenary meetings (which are held early on Wednesday, June 5, and Thursday, June 6, respectively) of the 43rd General Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS).
Those interested should gather in front of the International Media Center on the premises of the General Assembly at the Hotel Casa Santo Domingo in La Antigua Guatemala, 30 minutes before the event to be taken to the Plenary Hall. Photographers who wish to occupy this position should contact the Press Officials of the OAS.
Photographers and cameramen will have between 5 and 10 minutes to take pictures at the begining of the session.
