Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General to Visit Colombia in Support of Peace Process

The Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro will make a working visit to Colombia to reiterate the support of the Organization for the efforts to achieve peace in the country.
During the four day visit that begins this Friday, Almagro will meet on Monday with President Juan Manuel Santos, Foreign Minister María Ángela Holguín, and the Minister of Justice Yesid Reyes, among other authorities.
He will also meet with representatives of civil society, academics and social sectors.
Moreover, he will make field visits to learn firsthand about the work of the Mission to Support the Peace Process (MAPP/OAS) of the hemispheric institution in support of the peace process and in accompaniment of the victims of the conflict.
Almagro will also take part as a central speaker at the “Forum on Next Generation Democracy for the Americas” of the Club de Madrid at the Hotel NH Collection Bogotá Royal.
