Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Dialogue with Civil Society in the Framework of the OAS General Assembly

In the framework of the 51st OAS General Assembly, the Dialogue between the Heads of Delegation, the Secretary General, the Assistant Secretary General and the Representatives of Civil Society Organizations, Workers, the Private Sector and Other Social Actors will take place TOMORROW. Consult the agenda here.
The opening of the event will include the participation of Ambassador Josué Fiallo, Chair of the Permanent Council and Permanent Representative of the Dominican Republic; and the Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro. During the event, 30 coalitions of civil society organizations, 2 representatives of workers, and 2 representatives of the private sector will speak.
The coalitions were formed around the following themes: adolescence and youth, women, sexual orientation and gender identity, education and culture, sex workers, persons with disabilities, human mobility, religious freedom, freedom of expression, drug policies, indigenous peoples, democracy, justice, corruption, and Afro-descendant communities, among others.
