Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Special General Assembly to Decide on Honduras's Return to the OAS

The special General Assembly convened by the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) to decide on the return of Honduras to the hemispheric body will be held Wednesday, June 1st, 2011, at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in the Hall of the Americas at Organization headquarters in Washington, DC.
The meeting will be broadcast live on the OAS Website.

Access
Press access will be through the building's main door. To prevent congestion, journalists are asked to arrive at the building ahead of time.
Coverage of the Meeting
Space for journalists inside the Hall of the Americas is limited and will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Those unable to find a place inside the Hall of the Americas may follow the meeting through a live feed in the San Martin Room inside the same building.
Opportunities for photography and video
Photographers and cameramen may take images of the authorities at the beginning of the meeting. During the meeting, movement will be limited to the areas designated by the OAS Press Department.
