Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS Development Council to Host U.S. White House Advisor Ivanka Trump and OPIC President for Discussion of Women´s Empowerment in the Region

The Inter-American Council for Integral Development (CIDI) of the Organization of American States (OAS) will meet on Monday, August 27 at 14:00 EDT (18:00) in the Hall of the Americas at OAS headquarters to discuss “Financial Empowerment of Women for the Sustainable Social and Economic Development of the Americas.”
In addition to the Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro, the meeting will feature the following speakers:
• Ivanka Trump, White House Advisor
• Ray W. Washburne, President and CEO of Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC)
Journalists wishing to cover the event should arrive at the OAS headquarters between 12:00 and 13:10 with their identification and that of the media they represent.
