Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. MEETING AT OAS MONDAY TO DISCUSS
INTER-AMERICAN RESPONSE TO NATURAL DISASTERS

Vulnerability reduction, disaster response, and risk management top the agenda for a meeting of the Organization of American States (OAS) Joint Consultative Body on Natural Disaster Reduction and Risk Management next Monday, September 12. The joint initiative of the OAS Permanent Council and the Inter-American Council for Integral Development (CIDI) , the meeting begins at 2:30 p.m.
Facilitated by the office of the OAS Assistant Secretary General, Albert R. Ramdin , the meeting comes amid an emphasis by the Organization’s new leadership regarding the need to address natural disaster reduction, mitigation and risk management as a matter of urgency for the entire hemisphere.
The Joint Consultative Body’s co-chairs, Permanent Executive Committee of the Inter-American Council for Integral Development (CEPCIDI) Chairman, Jamaica’s Ambassador Gordon V. Shirley, along with the Chairman of the Committee on Hemispheric Security, Chile’s Ambassador Esteban Tomic Errázuriz will open the meeting, which OAS Secretary General José Miguel Insulza will address.
Besides the OAS representatives, experts from a variety of agencies will engage in the discussion on challenges and opportunities for natural disaster reduction in the hemisphere, among them participants drawn from the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO); IDB; United States International Development Agency (USAID); Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA); Caribbean Emergency Disaster Response Agency (CDERA); and the Coordination Center for Natural Disaster Prevention in Central America (CEPREDENAC).
A report entitled “The Economics of Disaster Mitigation in the Caribbean: Quantifying the benefits and costs of mitigating natural hazard losses,” will be launched at the meeting as well.
