Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. TO ADDRESS OAS PERMANENT COUNCIL TOMORROW

Oscar Arias, the Costa Rican President and Nobel laureate, will address the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) tomorrow, December 5, during a protocolary session convened in his honor.
Secretary GeneralJosé Miguel Insulza and diplomats from the region will receive the Costa Rican leader, who first served as his country’s President from 1986 to 1990. He was again elected in February this year, and was inaugurated in May to another four-year term.
An internationally renowned spokesman for the interests of developing nations and a respected voice on issues of human rights, human security, democracy and demilitarization, he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1987, the same year he spearheaded a peace plan to end the crisis that had gripped the Central American region. He has focused on priorities such as fighting poverty, corruption, social inequality and illegal drugs, as well as advancing educational reforms and deepening integration as a vehicle for creating quality jobs.
