Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

President Nicanor Duarte Frutos of Paraguay will address the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) tomorrow morning. This will be the first visit to OAS headquarters by the new Paraguayan leader, who took office on August 15.
OAS Assistant Secretary General Luigi Einaudi and the Permanent Council Chairman, Ambassador Raymond Valcin of Haiti, will also speak at the special protocolary session, which will be held in the Hall of the Americas.
The session will be Webcast live (www.oas.org), and simultaneous interpretation will be available.
