Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS POLICY ROUNDTABLE TO LAUNCH REPORT
“MAKING THE LAW WORK FOR EVERYONE”

The Organization of American States will hold its ninth Policy Roundtable at its Washington, D.C., headquarters this Friday, June 13th, when it will launch the report “Making the Law Work for Everyone,” produced by the Commission on Legal Empowerment of the Poor.
OAS Secretary General José Miguel Insulza will open the event with welcoming remarks, after which the report will be presented by Commission Co-Chair Madeleine K. Albright, the former Secretary of State of the United States, and Commission member, United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy.
Comments on the report will be offered by Ambassador Roberto Alvarez, Permanent Representative of the Dominican Republic to the OAS and Chair of the OAS Committee on Juridical and Political Affairs; Naresh Singh, Executive Director of the Commission on Legal Empowerment of the Poor; and Scott White, the World Bank’s Acting General Counsel.
