Former President Laura Chinchilla Delivers Keynote Address at the Alberto Lleras Camargo Lecture organized by the OAS, CAF and Universidad de los Andes

Former President of Costa Rica Laura Chinchilla will deliver a keynote address at the Alberto Lleras Camargo Lecture on “Resilient Cities: Challenges and Opportunities in Latin America.” The event, organized by the Organization of American States (OAS), the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) and the Universidad de los Andes of Colombia, will take place on Tuesday, February 18, at 9:30 EST (14:30 GMT) in the Hall of the Americas at the OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C.

The lecture will feature opening remarks by the Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro; the Executive President of CAF – Development Bank of Latin America, Sergio Diáz-Granados; and the Rector of Universidad de los Andes, Raquel Bernal.

The Lecture will be broadcast live - with interpretation in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese- on the OAS Website and the OAS Facebook page
