Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

THE PERMANENT COUNCIL OF THE OAS WILL BE RECEIVING THE PRESIDENT OF HONDURAS

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will host this Thursday, February 19th, a Protocolary Session to receive the President of Honduras, José Manuel Zelaya Rosales. Previously, the Central American leader will be received by the Secretary General José Miguel Insulza.
The Honduran city of San Pedro Sula will be the headquarters, between the 31st of May and the 2nd of June of the present year, of the 39th OAS General Assembly, where the main theme to be discussed will be “Non violence with democracy and participation”. In this occasion, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the 34 OAS Member States will adopt an official Declaration related to the fight against violence and the promotion of a culture of peace and democracy in the hemisphere.
After his intervention, the Honduran leader will participate, as a special guest, in the Extraordinary Session of the Permanent Council of the OAS, taking place to commemorate the 5th Anniversary of the Declaration on Security in the Americas, adopted in Mexico City the 28th October, 2003.
