Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS Permanent Council to Receive U.S. Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a protocolary meeting on Friday, January 17, at 10:45 EST (15:45 GMT) in the Hall of the Americas at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C., to receive the Secretary of State of the United States, Michael R. Pompeo.

The meeting will be broadcast live - with interpretation in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese- on the OAS Website and the OAS Facebook page
Representatives of the media who wish to cover the meeting are asked to send their name and that of the media they represent to [email protected]. Credentials will be given the same day of the meeting, upon presentation of personal and media identification.
For security reasons, camera operators are asked to arrive no later than 9:30 am. Other journalists may arrive until 10:30
