The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today gave a lecture on the role of the organization in the process of strengthening of the Inter-American System of Human Rights, as part of the 30th Interdisciplinary Course on Human Rights, in San José, Costa Rica.
