Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Foreign Minister of Trinidad and Tobago

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today met in Port-of-Spain with the Minister of Foreign Relations of Trinidad and Tobago, Surujrattan Rambachan.
Secretary General Insulza and Foreign Minister Rambachan discussed hemispheric developments, particularly preparations for the 6th Summit of the Americas, to be held April 2012 in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia; OAS support for the various women's fora in the past year; and continued focus on early childhood education.
Secretary General Insulza traveled to Trinidad and Tobago to participate in the Meeting of Ministers Responsible for Public Security in the Americas (MISPA), convened by the OAS and being held tomorrow and Friday in Port-of-Spain.
