Ecuador Delivers Historic Record Books to OAS

The Permanent Representative of Ecuador to the Organization of American States (OAS), Ambassador María Isabel Salvador, today delivered to the Secretary General of the Organization, José Miguel Insulza, a collection of 20 books titled, “Memoria Histórica de los Tratados bilaterales y regionales suscritos por la Republica del Ecuador de 1830 al 2009” (“Historic Record of Bilateral and Regional Treaties Signed by the Republic of Ecuador from 1830 to 2009”).

The head of the hemispheric body thanked the donation, calling it “of great use to our organization.”

Also present during the ceremony were the OAS Secretary for Legal Affairs, Jean Michel Arrighi, and the OAS Director of the Department of International Law, Dante Negro.
