Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Secretary General Hosts the Governor of the Mexican State of Querétaro

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today hosted the Constitutional Governor of the Mexican state of Querétaro, José E. Calzada Rovirosa, who is in the United States on work tour with business leaders from Querétaro to advance the state as a region favorable to investors and create new links on matters of education.
During the meeting, Secretary General Insulza and Governor Calzada spoke about areas of possible collaboration between the hemispheric Organization and the government of Querétaro, such as human development, credit to small businesses, education, programs for young entrepreneurs and other social programs.
The meeting was held in the office of the Secretary General in Washington, DC.
