Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Met with the Foreign Minister of Colombia

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met in Bogotá with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, Maria Angela Holguin, as part of a visit that included his participation in a session of the Andean Parliament in the Colombian capital, where he was decorated by the regional legislature.
During the meeting, the two reviewed the political situation in the region, with special emphasis on the upcoming Summit of the Americas which will bring together the Heads of State and Government in Panama on April 10 and 11.
The Colombian Foreign Minister also thanked Secretary General Insulza for the support of the hemispheric Organization for the country through the Mission to Support the Peace Process in Colombia (MAPP/OAS).
