Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS Secretary General Meets with Association of Public Defenders of the Americas

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with members of the Board of the Inter-American Association of Public Defenders (AIDEF), who are participating in the 154th Period of Sessions of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) at the headquarters of the Organization in Washington, DC.
During the meeting, Secretary General Insulza and the public defenders discussed the role of the OAS in supporting access to justice for the citizens of the region, and highlighted the important role of the Inter-American system in human rights.
The AIDEF representatives were headed by their General Coordinator, Noyme Yore, Defender General of the Ministry for Public Defense of Paraguay. Also present at the meeting were the Deputy Coordinator of the AIDEF and National Defender of Chile, Andrés Mahnke, the Coordinator for the Caribbean and National Director of the National Office of Public Defense of the Dominican Republic, Laura Hernández Román, and Juan de Díos Moscoso, from the General Defender´s Office of Argentina.
