Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Participated in Dialogue on Regional Integration between the Pacific Alliance and Mercosur

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today participated as a moderator in the Dialogue on Regional Integration between the members of the Pacific Alliance and Mercosur, organized in Santiago by the General Directorate of International Economic Relations of the Chilean Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Secretary General Insulza moderated a debate in which the Foreign Ministers of Argentina, Héctor Timerman; Brazil, Luiz Alberto Figueiredo; Chile, Heraldo Muñoz; Guatemala, Carlos Raúl Morales; México, José Antonio Meade Kuribreña; Perú, Gonzalo Gutiérrez Reinel; Paraguay, Eladio Loizaga, and Uruguay, Luis Almagro, participated.
The event, which took place in the Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center, in the Chilean capital, was inaugurated by the President of Chile, Michelle Bachelet, and included a special presentation from the Foreign Minister of the host country, Heraldo Muñoz.
