Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Met with the Ministers of National Security and Foreign Affairs of Jamaica

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today held a meeting with the Minister of National Security of Jamaica, Peter Bunting, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, AJ Nicholson, within the framework of the visit by the leader of the hemispheric Organization to the Caribbean country.
During the meeting with the high-level Jamaican authorities, Secretary General Insulza shared his vision on the major economic, social and political issues of the Hemisphere, and discussed issues related to citizen security, the challenges of migration and development prospects for the region. The meeting also served as an opportunity to review the preparations for the Seventh Summit of the Americas, to be held in Panama in April 2015.
