Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, was received today by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Trinidad and Tobago, Winston Dookeran, in the framework of the VIII Americas Competitiveness Forum (ACF), which takes place in the capital of the country from October 8 to 10.
During the meeting, the two authorities analyzed issues related to the economy and politics in the Hemisphere, the arrangements for the Seventh Summit of the Americas that will be held in Panama in April 2015 and the contents and objectives of the Competitiveness Forum.
