Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Met with the Foreign Minister of Brazil

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with the Minister of Foreign Relations of Brazil, Luiz Alberto Figueiredo, at the headquarters of the United Nations in New York.
During the meeting, held in the framework of the United Nations General Assembly, the officials discussed the regional political context, and the process of review of the priorities of the OAS, recently the subject of a Special General Assembly, in which member states advanced the issue. This process, called the "Strategic Vision," was begun by the leader of the hemispheric institution nearly three years ago.
