Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Received the Foreign Minister of Argentina

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today received the Foreign Minister of Argentina, Héctor Timerman, in his office in Washington DC.
During the meeting, the two discussed the preparations for the Meeting of Consultation of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Hemisphere, that was requested by the Government of Argentina, and which will be held tomorrow Thursday at 15:00 EDT (19:00 GMT) at the headquarters of the OAS in Washington, to consider the issue “Sovereign Debt Restructuring: The Case of Argentina and Its Systemic Consequences.”
Present at the meeting were the Ambassador of Argentina to the White House, Cecilia Nahón; and the Chief of Staff of the Secretary General, Hugo de Zela.
