Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Met with the Chair of the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with the Chair of the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador, Sigfrido Reyes, as part of his official visit to the Central American country.
Secretary General Insulza and Reyes discussed the current political and economic situation in the region, with particular attention to El Salvador. The Salvadoran official thanked Secretary General for the cooperation of the OAS with the legislative body of his country, and the two spoke about the First Inter-American Meeting of Presidents of Legislative Bodies, to be held in Lima, Peru on July 17 and 18.
