Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Mission to the Elections in Colombia Visits Voting Centers

The Electoral Observation Mission of the Organization of American States (OAS) in Colombia today deployed 74 observers in 27 departments of the country to observe the second round of the presidential elections.
The Chief of Mission designated by the Secretary General of the OAS, José Miguel Insulza, former Costa Rican President José María Figueres, visited voting centers in Bogotá, where he spoke with polling station officials, registration officials, and political party representatives.
