Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS and Meridian International Center to Promote Collaboration and Dialogue between Diplomatic, Business and Policy Leaders

The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Meridian International Center will work together to promote collaboration and dialogue between diplomatic, business and policy leaders on the current challenges in the Inter-American and global agenda. The collaboration will strengthen communication and understanding between OAS member states and key stakeholders on global leadership, diplomatic engagement, culture, and corporate diplomacy, as stipulated in the agreement signed today at the headquarters of the hemispheric Organization in Washington, DC.
During the ceremony, the Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro said, “As two organizations focused on fostering international cooperation, the joint work of the OAS and Meridian will contribute to enriching political discussion, policy analysis and decision-making in the areas of democracy, human rights, multidimensional security and integral development. We look forward to working together to advance our common goals in the Americas, and to strengthening communication and understanding between OAS member states and key stakeholders on global leadership, diplomatic engagement, culture, and corporate diplomacy.”
For his part, the CEO of the Meridian International Center, Stuart Holliday said: “The challenges we face today are complex and multifaceted, requiring a collaborative approach. By working together, we can leverage our respective strengths and expertise to create impactful and sustainable solutions. The MOU we signed today is not merely ceremonial; it is a pledge to our shared dedication towards a more secure, prosperous, and just future for all the nations and peoples of the Americas.”
The areas of cooperation within the agreement will include social issues, women's empowerment, innovation, journalism, youth leadership and civic engagement, human rights and energy and the environment, among others.
