Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Receives the President of the Directing Council and the General Director of the Inter-American Children’s Institute

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today met with the President of the Directing Council of the Inter-American Children’s Institute (IIN), Gloria Lozano de Díaz, and the General Director of that institution, María Dolores Aguilar.
During the meeting, they discussed the programs that the institute develops in cooperation with the OAS as an associate member, as well as issues to be addressed during the Twenty-First Pan American Child Congress that will be held in December in Brasilia, Brazil.
The meeting took place at the OAS headquarters in Washington, DC.
