Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today received the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, Maria Angela Holguin, at the headquarters of the Organization in Washington, DC, with whom he spoke about inter-American dynamics and the economic, democratic and social achievements of the last decade in the hemisphere.
During the meeting, held in the framework of the official visit of Foreign Minister Holguin to the United States, both authorities analyzed the reality and perspectives of the region's agenda and highlighted the role that the hemispheric institution has played since its inception.
The meeting was also attended by the Permanent Representative of Colombia to the OAS, Ambassador Andrés González.
