Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

Secretary General Insulza Meets with the Minister of National Security of Jamaica

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, and the Minister of National Security of Jamaica, Peter Bunting, met today in the framework of the Fourth Meeting of Ministers Responsible for Public Security in the Americas (MISPA) which ends today in Medellin, Colombia following two days of debate.
During the meeting, the two officials discussed the security environment in the region with special emphasis on the challenges facing the countries of the Caribbean. They also analyzed alternatives for cooperation and work between the OAS and Jamaica on the issue of security.
During the bilateral meeting Secretary General Insulza and Minister Bunting agreed on the importance of continuing to strengthen the MISPA process to expand the exchange of information and collaboration between the countries of the Hemisphere on security.
