Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Received Directors of the Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center of the Atlantic Council

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today met with the directors of the Adrienne Arsht Latin American Studies Center of the Atlantic Council at the headquarters of the hemispheric institution in Washington, DC.
Secretary General Insulza discussed major issues of the current political context and perspectives for 2014 with the Director of the Center, Peter Schechter, and the Deputy Director, Jason Marczak.
Energy policies and their challenges, the trade agenda, and the situation of democracy and human rights in the region were also part of the talks between the OAS Secretary General and the directors of the study center based in the U.S. capital. The meeting was also attended by the OAS Secretary for External Relations, Alfonso Quiñonez.
