Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Received the President of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal of Paraguay

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today received the President of the Supreme Tribunal of Electoral Justice (TSJE) of Paraguay, Alberto Ramírez Zambonini, at the headquarters of the hemispheric Organization in Washington, DC.
During the meeting, the two discussed the electoral calendar in the region over the next year; the various voter registration systems in the Hemisphere; and in general the importance of the Electoral Observation Missions carried out by the OAS.
Betilde Muñoz-Pogossian, Director of the Department of Electoral Cooperation and Observation (DECO) of the OAS, was present at the meeting.
