Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with President of the Regional Coordinator of Economic and Social Research

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met this week with the President of the Regional Coordinator of Economic and Social Research (CRIES), Andrés Serbin, at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC.
The CRIES President delivered to Secretary General Insulza a copy of the report "Opportunities for U.S. - Cuban Relations," prepared by the Cuba-United States Academic Workshop (TACE), which will be presented in the U.S. capital on Thursday, May 30 during the Congress of the Latin American Studies Association (LASA).
The document - which was produced by Cuban and American academics - contains more than twenty recommendations aimed at normalizing relations between the two countries. The report was prepared with the support of various institutions, among them the Ford Foundation, the Brookings Institution, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, and the State University of Sao Paulo; and from Cuba, the Institute of Meteorology, the Antonio Nuñez Jiménez Foundation for Nature and Man, and the Academy of Sciences of Cuba.
