Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Foreign Minister of Panama

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today met with the Foreign Minister of Panama, Romulo Roux, on the final day of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) - European Union (EU) Summit in Santiago, Chile.
The Secretary General and Chancellor Roux discussed the current issues in the hemisphere.
They also talked about the prospects for the CELAC meeting which will be held after the event.
