Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Haitian President and CEO of the CAF

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today in Santiago de Chile with the President of Haiti, Michel Martelly, and the Executive President and CEO of the Development Bank of Latin America, Enrique García, in the framework of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean - European Union (EU-CELAC) Summit.
Secretary General Insulza, Executive President Garcia and President Martelly discussed the development plans of the government of Haiti and the support provided by to both organizations.
At the meeting they also discussed the prospects of the CELAC Summit, to be held after the appointment European-Latin American-Caribbean, and on current Hemispheric issues.
