Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Minister of Belize

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belize, Wilfred Elrington, ahead of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) – European Union (EU) Summit in Santiago, Chile.
Secretary General Insulza and Foreign Minister Elrington discussed the most recent developments in the process of resolving the territorial differendum between Belize and Guatemala, which the OAS has accompanied since 2003.
